We are Thorsten Römisch (Managing Director, GR4TC) and Anja Römisch (Principal Consultant), both highly experienced professionals with extensive backgrounds in IT strategy, cloud transformation, and data analytics.
Our Expertise
Thorsten Römisch brings 25+ years of experience in IT strategy, cloud transformation, and IT management, having held leadership roles such as Head of IT, Senior Project Manager, and General Manager DACH. His expertise spans enterprise IT architectures, digital transformation initiatives, and strategic IT planning. He has successfully led large-scale cloud adoption projects, guided companies through M&A-related IT integrations, and optimized IT governance models for organizations of various sizes.
Anja Römisch has 20+ years of experience in Data, AI, Data Warehousing, and Reporting, with deep knowledge in Microsoft Fabric, Business Intelligence, and the Power Platform. She has worked with global enterprises to optimize data-driven decision-making, build scalable reporting architectures, and implement advanced analytics solutions that drive real business impact.
